Based in Hollywood, FL, caterer Heather Shaw brings a wealth of experience in food and customer service. Shaw has spent over 15 years in the hospitality business, serving clients from corporate leaders to professional athletes.
"My grandfather ran his own restaurant for many years, and I'm sure his love of food and people runs through my blood," says Shaw. "Of all the special events I've worked on, the Living the Fantasy premiere might be the most unique because the audience will be so diverse and the theater's serving area is so small. But the challenges are part of the fun. I've come up with some exciting ideas I think the audience will remember - and the menu will be close to the movie theme - sweetness with a lot of spice."
